ORDERS
Placing an order with Impact
Parts is easy. We accept phone orders and mail orders including email orders.
By placing an order you
are committing to certain expenses such as the cost of the merchandise
as well as the shipping and handling required to deliver the merchandise.
By placing an order with Impact Parts you agree to these Terms and Conditions
of Sale.
PRICING
All prices are quoted
FOB Glen Wild NY. All prices and specifications are subject to change without
notice, call or email your sales rep and check prices before purchase.
Your sales rep will quote the most current pricing and give you shipping
information you will need to complete your order.
PAYMENT
We do NOT ship COD.
All orders must be prepaid
by credit card, cash, certified check, money order, bank check, or BidPay.com
(Western Union). All orders have a $10 Order Processing Fee in addition
to shipping and handling. Personal/Company checks are not accepted and
will be returned. Bounced Checks: Any check returned for any reason will
be immediately turned over for COLLECTION plus an additional $25 fee. International
shipments must be prepaid in US dollars with certified funds. BidPay.com
is recommended.
SHIPPING (very important)
Most orders can be shipped
via UPS. On UPSable orders the shipping charges must be added to
the merchandise total and included in the total amount to be prepaid. That
is... YOU pay Impact for the merchandise AND the shipping charges on UPSable
orders.
Fiberglass Ground Effect kits
and Fiberglass Front Bumper Airdams are oversized (too large by UPS standards)
and require Truck shipment. Truck shipments are shipped Freight Collect,
that is... YOU pay Impact Parts for the merchandise only and YOU
pay the truck driver for the shipping charges when the parts are delivered.
Tracking Numbers
In the future Impact
Parts will automatically send UPS tracking numbers via email, on orders
when an email address is supplied with the order. At this time Impact
Parts will not supply tracking numbers on request until 10 days after ship
date. Impact Parts will only supply tracking numbers for
shipments that are 10 days overdue.
Shipments to a Different
Address
Impact Parts will not
ship to third party address on orders paid with a credit card. If you need
an order shipped to a different address than the card holder's address
it must be prepaid with money order, certified check, BidPay.com or Western
Union.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Impact Parts packs all
merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless,
damage may occur in transit. Any damage in transit is the responsibility
of the carrier, part of the shipping charge is insurance. If you
receive an order with damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and
damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or
return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may
be denied.
Inspect your order as soon
as it arrives. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise
and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken
packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification.
If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the
box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported
to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment.
It
is your responsibility to inspect you order on receipt. You must contact
the shipper to report any damage.
Impact Parts will under no
circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent
settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, we would be glad
to help you in the event that you need assistance. Please call your sales
rep immediately if you receive a damaged shipment.
BACK ORDERS
If Impact Parts is unable
to fill the entire order, the balance of the shipment will be placed on
back order. If there will be a significant delay, an Impact Parts Sales
Rep will call you. All back orders must be canceled by customer or will
be automatically shipped upon their availability. There is no cancellation
fee on back order cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUSALS
All cancellations prior to
shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any cancellation after
an order has been shipped, such as a refused shipment, is considered as
a Return. Any refund or credit is subject to a 20% restocking fee
and shipping & handling charges will be deducted from any refund.
Special Orders & Closeouts
A special order item is not
cancelable and is not returnable. All orders for special items are required
to be submitted via email or fax. A special order item is your property
the instant you ask Impact Parts to order it for you. Your sales rep will
inform you of special order items. Special order items include, painted
wings, painted spoilers, seats, any parts specifically ordered for you,
any parts for racing or competition, any electrical parts, plus many additional
parts designated as special order at time of order.
RETURNS
Special orders items can not
be returned. Stock items must be returned within 30 days of the ship
date. All returns must be approved by Impact Parts sale manager prior to
being returned. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued and it
must be written on the outside of the packages being returned. All returned
items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all
the hardware, instruction, etc. that it came with originally. Include a
copy of the original invoice with all returned merchandise.
All returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee
on the purchase price. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid.
Any returns sent shipping collect or without an RA number will be refused
and returned to the purchaser at his own expense. Shipping costs to and
from the purchaser are not refundable. All returnable items must be carefully
packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not
in good condition. Insure the returned goods for their full value. Refunds
will not be issued on damaged merchandise.

CUSTOMERS
1. CREDIT CARD - Impact
Parts accepts Master Card, Visa and Discover on UPSable shipped orders
that are shipped to the cardholder's address only. Drop shipments, shipments
to a third party address, orders for special order items and Truck shipment
orders must be prepaid, see below.
