Captain's Quarters
Jacksonville, Florida
Interior of Yacht
A classic 36 foot Mainship Trawler. Sleeps
two in a private stateroom plus two adults in the salon, has a head with
large shower. Full size galley and a large salon with TV and a comfortable
cockpit at the stern facing the more social end of the boat (the end facing
the dock). This unique boat is fully air conditioned, she has classic lines
and a mahogony interior with lots of built-ins for storage. Great location
too - downtown Jacksonville on the St. Johns River, with easy access to
the Atlanic Ocean too (with a captain of course). This central location
is great for business too! Only minutes from Interstate 10 and 95 provides
easy access to all of Jacksonville's business districts and unique night
life.
For Larger Parties a 47 Ft Sunnseeker is also available
Cruise the St John's River with a Captain!
This boat is also available for charter
with a Captain for cruising the river! Cruise from Jacksonville to your
first anchorage - Peacock Island, a mysterious and unpopulated island (except
for the magnificant peacocks who will eat from your hand). Then dock in
the center of town for a shopping spree in downtown Jacksonville, have
lunch & dinner, see a game or just go site seeing from the best location
in town. Then off again up-river for a camping trip and beach party picnic
in Palatka (say that five times fast). Your week-long trip continues as
you explore some of the many uninhabited hidden coves along the wild &
natural western banks of the St. Johns. The trip up-river concludes with
a stop at Shell Harbor for dinner (try the catfish, it's delicious) and
maybe a little historical conversation with the old indian whose family
has lived on the river for generations. The captain then turns the cruiser
down-river for a graceful "drifting with the current" return
to Jacksonville. A perfect time to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of
the river, spy a manatee or gator sunning himself - or just sit back, relax
and do some fishing with your family.
